CAREER PATH:  Post Carleton, I started off working as a Business Analyst in Strategy and Operations in the Minneapolis office of Deloitte Consulting, one of the largest strategy and operations consultancies in the U.S., with offerings spanning all industry and service line cross sections.  I then became a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.  After a little over 2 years, doing most of my consulting in the telecom and high tech space, I was granted a 6 month leave of absence to go work for a solar start up in Uganda.  I had so much fun that I decided to stick around and make it my full-time job!

HOW CARLETON INFLUENCED YOUR CAREER PATH:  Carleton helped me mature as an individual in so many ways. Professionally, Carleton prepared me for dealing with ambiguity, solving complex problems, thinking logically and analytically, and how to always keep the work environment fun and informal!
