JOB DESCRIPTION: As a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and head of its Environmental and Climate Change Practices, Don concentrates his practice in environmental litigation, including civil and criminal enforcement matters, government cost-recovery actions, administrative cleanup and permitting proceedings, private cost-recovery and contribution actions, mass toxic tort actions, bankruptcy matters, and alternative dispute resolution proceeding. Mr. Frost also has substantial experience in environmental transactional matters and energy (traditional and renewable) project development (including due diligence investigations and negations, regulatory compliance counseling and climate change issues). He has represented hundreds of companies in domestic and international business transactions. Mr. Frost repeatedly has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: American's Leading Lawyers for Business.
