This program will be piloted during Spring Break 2012. We're hoping a number of Freshman and Sophomores will take advantage of this job exploration program.

• We are simply facilitating the connection, students and alumni work out the details/logistics on their own
• Spring Break 2012 options are now posted on The Tunnel.  Click on "Carleton Job Shadowing" under the "Find a Job" section.
• We encourage students from other cities to facilitate their own shadowing experiences by reaching out to alumni
• We provide suggestions to both the students and to the alumni on how to get the most out of the shadowing experience
