Job & Internship Fairs

Job fairs are designed to link students (usually seniors) together with potential employers. Some are virtual fairs that take place on the web and others take place at convention centers and hotel banquet halls around the U.S. Often job fairs will have a more diverse group of employers than on-campus recruiting.

Carleton participates in several fairs, most notably the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium interview day events, and the Minnesota's Private College Job and Internship Fair, which are described in detail below.

  • SLAC Interview Days & Virtual Recruiting Days

The Selective Liberal Arts Consortium sponsors five regional Interview Days as well as online Virtual Recruiting Days, both catering specifically to small liberal arts college students looking for employment.
