This year, in addition to ArbNotes and GreenSpace, Bon Appétit will be contributing an occasional column on health and sustainability within our dining halls.
Student farmers Ellie Youngblood ’14 and Tori Ostenso ’15 started off this year’s growing season in the spring with some seedling trays, the cold frames and hoop house – and many, many seeds.
Though restoring habitat is a long-term project requiring many decades of hard work, there are already good indications that some of the Arb’s restorations are beginning to take shape.
