Last week, the Northfield News featured Carleton's newly formed Center for Community and Civic Engagement on their front page. The Center held its first open house in its Sayles-Hill offices on Friday, January 20th, hosting president Steve Poskanzer and dean Bev Nagel as speakers. The offices were overflowing with visitors enjoying cake and drinks to celebrate the merger of Acting in the Community Together, Academic Civic Engagement, and the newly created office of Public and Engaged Scholarship.
