The second journal club's theme was the proposed plan for the Arts Union.  Students, faculty and staff analyzed the model of the building using an architectural lens in order to consider the ways in which the building fulfills its proposed functions (as stated on the website).  Topics discussed include the Arts Union's placement on Carleton's campus, the concept of a space dedicated to all arts and the type of architecture being used.
