CHEM 123 Principles of Chemistry Fall 2005

Everyone in this course is responsible for the work s/he turns in. You are encouraged to work with and learn from each other on most assignments (homeworks, labs), however you should be sure to do the following:

• Acknowledge in writing any person (fellow student, tutor, faculty member, parent, friend from home, etc.) who has given you significant help on any problem or portion of a problem that you submit.
• Turn in your own work.
• Be prepared to do any problem, on your own and without assistance, at any time after it is due. This is applicable to any assignment which is submitted with your name on it, including group work.

Keep in mind that there are many ways to learn the material in this course. Your peers can be tremendously helpful. You are encouraged to make use of this resource, but cautioned to avoid taking advantage of the other members of the class by submitting work which is not your own.
