As many of you know, this will be the last year that Michael will be teaching at Carleton. He will soon be moving to Corvallis, Oregon, where he has accepted a position at Oregon State University. The Chemistry Department deeply appreciates the many contributions Michael has made to the teaching and learning of chemistry at Carleton during the past five years. We plan to recognize Michael’s service to Carleton with an open house reception on Friday, May 25, at the home of Steve Drew. If you had Michael as a professor, please drop by for a drink, some snacks, and to wish Michael well.
