Housing is provided and interns generally get to keep their (new, very nice) laptops as a parting gift. CS 111 Grader Needed for Spring Term
March 12, 2013Job Description: Must have taken and received a B+ or better in the class you would like to grade. These students are expected to grade homework in a professional, timely, and consistent manner, providing positive, constructive feedback on each assignment. Graders need to maintain an accurate and confidential record of students’ homework grades. Confidentiality of student work and answers to assignments is a must. Additionally, graders are expected to communicate with professors on a regular basis to give feedback on homework assignments. Grading positions are for 6 hours per week, for the first day of classes through the end of the term. If you are interested to contact Sue Jandro.
CS Lab Assistants Needed for Spring Term
March 12, 2013Job Description: Must have taken and done well in at least CS 111 and CS 201. These students are expected to work in the Computer Science Labs (306 and 307); their responsibilities include answering technical questions about the hardware and software used in the lab, helping other students write and debug computer programs, working on programming projects assigned by the CS Department, and monitoring these labs.
