  • Jared Evans '10 who is a Game Designer for Wahoo Studios, will be in the Career Center this Thursday, April 25 from 1-5 p.m. to meeting with students interested in game development.  To sign up visit the Career Center Tunnel.

  • Web Programmer Needed

    A St. Olaf student and professor are looking for a web programmer.  They need a student that is capable of building and maintaining both a database and a website.  The website needs to be able to link with the database, where it will use stored information to generate content for users.  The website will also need to have e-commerce capabilities, including bidding and billing.  Email Bjorn Hugh Hovland at St. Olaf if you're interested.

  • The Center for Learning and Teaching (LTC) will be sponsoring an event called "Academia's Judgement Day" that will take place on Wednesday, April 10 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in Boliou 104.  Professor Sherri Goings will be participating in the debate and we would like to invite CS students to attend.  At the end of the debate, the audience will vote for the professor they thought presented the most compelling argument for his/her discipline.

    We received word from a Paul Czyzewski '76 that in Santa Clara, CA, has an opportunity for a Design Intern in Marketing and Personalization Data Scientist Intern for this summer.  The data-engineering internship is typically for grad students and they are willing to consider Carleton undergrads.
