Students Needed to Develop Voting Tool
Carleton's Faculty Affairs Committee (FAC) is investigating a streamlined way of running electronic elections for various committee assignments. In recent years, faculty elections have been managed via surveymonkey.com, which lacks the features required by FAC's new ideas. To make FAC's ideas work, we will need a kind of web-based voting tool that does not appear to be available on-line for a low enough price. If you are interested in helping to develop such a tool and you have completed CS127, please contact Jeff Ondich (jondich@carleton.edu, CMC 327). Though no money is available for this project, you could receive credit for Independent Research (CS 292 or 392).
