Career Resources
The Economics Department maintains and updates (on an annual basis) two resources for students in the majors: a "Jobs Book" and an "Internship Book". Each lists companies where Carleton econ grads have secured positions (either full-time post-graduate or summer internships)and provides position descriptions and alumni contacts at those organizations. Two new features we are offering are current job listings. One source is provided to us through AfterCollege, which collects information from employers specifically interested in Carleton College Economics graduates; this listing can be accessed via the "Job Resource Center" link below. The second source lists the current job notices that have been sent to economics faculty members by alums and other recruiting contacts; this listing can be accessed via the "Current Openings for Carleton Economics Students" link below.
