Reception for Graduating Seniors and Families held on June 11, 2003:

On the Friday afternoon before Saturday's Commencement, following the convocation for seniors and their families, the academic departments give receptions for their graduating majors and guests. The English Department shares a party with the Media Studies and American Studies Departments. Friends from nearby administrative offices often join the festivities. The party is held under the oaks in front of Laird Hall.
