On May 30th, the English Department hosted a picnic for sophomore, junior, and senior English majors along with faculty members and their families. The perfect weather brought out a large crowd that gathered around the grills, sat on Evans Hill, and devoured brats and burgers with lots of chips, potato salad, and watermelon. Following the supper the Seniors battled the World (everyone else) in a hotly contested softball game. The Seniors won!
