Study Abroad in Environmental Engineering

Building HIL, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich

Building HIL for the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.

The field of environmental engineering is flourishing abroad as much as it is in the US. International opportunities in environmental engineering can be off-campus study programs, degrees abroad, internships, or job openings. Most off-campus study programs and degrees abroad are held in developed countries - including Europe, Australia, and New Zealand - and many of them are direct enrollment in local universities. Programs available in developing countries are often related to sustainable development. Internships and job opportunities are present in many developing countries as well as developed ones, although the nature of the work may differ. On this site, you can find listings of environmental engineering-related off-campus study programs.
