Two 2007 ENTS graduates, Gloria Jimenez and Kendra Murray, wrote an article for the latest issue of "The Compost," Just Food Co-op's bi-monthly newsletter. The article, "Carbon Footprinting of Produce Items at Just Food," was written as a result of the duo's capstone project, which focused on calculating the carbon costs associated with certain foods.
