We thought that it was important to share the findings of our food audit with the student body. Although responsible methods of waste disposal are important, students can also play a role by reducing the waste they produce. After the food audit was completed, the results were made public. Students placed fact sheets on the dining hall tables. We wrote the following article, which appeared in the Viewpoint section of the February 25, 2000 edition of The Carletonian.
