Off-Campus Programs
Off-Campus Studies for ENTS Students
One strength of Carleton's Environmental Studies program is the wide selection of both Carleton and non-Carleton off-campus studies programs available to students. Program lengths range from a two-week field investigation to a year. There are opportunities for students with any interest, whether it be environmental perspectives, policy, or science, and with any focus within the Environmental Studies major. Programs often involve a combination of fieldwork, cultural and linguistic immersion, and rigorous coursework. Students majoring in Environmental Studies or students with an interest in incorporating environmental studies into their off-campus study experience are encouraged to explore the programs described below and contact the faculty directors of the programs for more information.
