Fieldwork is a major component of the four Carleton programs listed below.  The Agricultural Sustainability program in the U.S. and China, the Environmental Justice in New Orleans program, and the Tropical Ecology program in Costa Rica combine academic work done on campus with fieldwork conducted over Winter Break.  The Conservation and Development Program in Ethiopia and Tanzania program is a term-long program for Winter 2011.  Explore the links below to learn more about these programs and see photos from previous programs.  Questions about these programs should be directed to the faculty director of each program or to Off-Campus Studies.
