French Activites

St. Michele

French students at Carleton have been extremely active in extracurricular pursuits. The department sponsors an active French House (directed by a native speaker) and a good number of French films are brought to campus each year. We also organize excursions to the Twin Cities to see plays, films and special exhibits of French artists.

French House, is located in Parish, a block and a half from campus. Ulysse Baratin lives here, he is a French university student sponsored by Carleton to organize activities for French House and all students studying French on campus. Feel free to contact him for any questions or suggestions x5892 or ubaratin@carleton.edu.

Office hours for Ulysse are: Wednesday 8:00-10:30pm, Sunday 8:00-10:30pm LDC 204
