Sophomore Major form
Form to be completed and brought to Chair during Declaration of Major week (or any other time you would like to become a History major):
1. Name
2. Class year
3. History courses taken so far, including titles of courses taken elsewhere, for which you have received credit. See AP and IB information and include your course(s) if it/they fulfill(s) the requirement(s).
4. A very brief description of your major as you think of it at this time. It is helpful if you include your major area of interest (this can include anything from a specific time period, a geographic area, a type of problem, to some combination of these or other topics), and any topics that you are also interested in outside your primary focus.
