Language Resources

The Language Center offers many resources for language study. These include Language Associate Office Hours, International Satellite programming, CAN8 language recording software, dictionaries, and recordings. For information about a specific language at Carleton, follow the links in the navigation bar to the left.

The Language Center also offers not-for-credit Rosetta Stone study programs. These programs are for languages not normally offered at the College. Students must have completed the language requirement. Exceptions will be made for students participating in a Carleton-sponsored seminar abroad wishing to study the language of the host culture. For more information or to enroll in a Rosetta Stone study program, email Cynthia Shearer (cshearer@carleton.edu).
