Greek and Latin

Latin

If you have had Latin in high school, please take the placement test electronically by August 1st. We will e-mail you your placement before registration. The test includes a translation of prose (and poetry, if you have experience with this) as well as identification of grammatical constructions. If your placement test result indicates that you may exempt from the language requirement, we will ask you to confirm that placement by taking another test when you arrive on campus.
