Mimi Cukier
When I was at Carleton, I was a double major in Math and Philosophy, and took a seminar in Semantics my senior year. I continued to think about the philosophy of language (and other things) for a while in graduate school at MIT. Instead of finishing graduate school, I started teaching mathematics. I am currently enjoying teaching high school at the Park School of Baltimore and, with the rest of my department, writing and teaching out of a three-year series of mathematics textbooks based on the "habits of mind" of mathematical thinkers.
