Hawaii’s Renaissance Man, George Kahumoku Jr. is a multiple Grammy Award & Hoku Award winning master slack key guitarist. His popular Hawaiian music show on Maui is celebrating its ninth year. He is a songwriter, world-traveling performer, Director of the Institute of Hawaiian Music, artist and sculptor, storyteller and writer, farmer and entrepreneur. He presents his traditional style of Hawaiian Slack Key guitar with vocals and stories of life and culture in Hawaii. Made possible by a gift from Mark Applebaum ‘89
