Diane Nemec Ignashev, Professor of Russian

Diane Nemec Ignashev teaches Russian language, as well as Russian culture and theories of culture, and her research focuses on Russian theater, gender, and canon formation. She has lived and worked in Russia for many years, and the 2009 Moscow program is her fourteenth academic tour to Russia since 1988.
