Would you like to get paid to write about your travels? Real Abroad is looking for a number of study abroad students to write for their blog and website. You will be able to submit blog posts and write travel articles based on your own travel experiences and interests!
The mission of Real Abroad is simple: make traveling easier for students. As a student traveler, it’s very difficult to find travel reviews and advice that relate to your needs. There are plenty of travel websites out there, but all of them cater to a much older (and more financially stable) audience. Enter RealAbroad.com, the world’s first student-only travel community. We help students who are studying or traveling abroad connect with one another and share their experiences and opinions on the best places to go and things to do around the world.

This position is designed to fit into your schedule. After we introduce you to our Wordpress platform and get you settled in, you will be responsible for one blog post per month (appx. 1,000 words), as well as a number of shorter submissions through our website. There are no set hours.
We are looking for creative students who are enthusiastic about traveling and have either studied abroad in the past or are heading abroad this Fall. You must be well-organized and able to stay on task. As this is a writing position, we expect that candidates will be able to express themselves in an articulate and professional manner.
Past work as a writer/editor is a plus!
Small commission-based salary depending on the number of submissions.
Interested? Good- we’re psyched.
