Application forms are available in hard copy at the Office of Off-Campus Studies, Leighton 119, or in PDF format on this web page. Completed applications should be submitted to Patt Germann, Administrative Assistant for Art and Art History, Boliou 155, by Friday April 2, 2010. Students selected for the program will be notified approximately three weeks after the application is due.
