Events happening this week in the physics and astronomy department.
Senior Meeting
September 24 (Wednesday) 3:30-4:30 pm, Olin 04
All senior physics majors should plan to attend this important meeting to discuss your senior year and preparing for life after Carleton. Any juniors thinking of doing comps this year should also plan to attend. Refreshments will be served.Physics Table
September 18 (Thursday) 12:00-1:00 pm, LDC 113
Plan to have lunch with physics students, faculty, and staff at the LDC in Shearer Dining Room (the one that looks over the lakes) at noon. We can meet on 3rd Olin for the short walk over, or you can meet us there.

All Science and Math Poster Session
The All Science and Math Sigma Xi Poster Session is scheduled for Friday, October 24 in the Hulings Atrium. All students who did summer research at Carleton or elsewhere are strongly encouraged to make a poster and share their work with the science community.
Mathematica Tutorial
