Once you have decided that medical school is the right path for you to take, there are many steps in the actual process of submitting the application. The AAMC uses a centralized application service, AMCAS, to process the primary applications. We will work with you on the various aspects of the application (including personal statements, letters of recommendation, and interviewing skills) during the winter and spring terms of the year that you are applying. Submissions take place as early as June, and early submission is recommended due to the rolling admissions policies of many programs.
