Request for practice interview
Practice interviews are strongly encouraged. If you wish to have a practice interview, fill in the information on the form and return it to Pam Middleton, by Friday, March 12. You may put forms in Pam’s mailbox in the Biology Department. Your waiver form and detailed biographical information are also due by March 12. Interviews will be in late April and early May, and will be scheduled depending upon the number of students participating. Interviews are held in the evening and take about 30 minutes of your time. Please confirm with your letter writers that she/he is willing to write on your behalf before filling in this form.
