In early March 2009 the Visual Resources Collection uploaded its 40,000 image completing the full digitization of the Chinese painting slide archive. Other new additions are images of Islamic, Coptic, and Central Asia art and architecture selected for the collection by Melanie Michailidis, visiting professor of Art History. The Visual Resources Collection expands weekly, adding new selections from the history of art.

How do you get access to see the images?
Jacquelyn,
Carleton only has the rights to use the images in this collection for teaching purposes, so access is only available on the Carleton campus. Trust me, we'd love to share them with the broader world if we could!
