Instances of misconduct involving faculty and staff members should be reported to the College Sexual Misconduct Resource/Investigator. The consultant will investigate the complaint and provide the adjudicator with an investigative summary. If the complaint involves faculty members, the Dean of the College will be the adjudicator; if the complaint involves staff members, the VP/Treasurer will be the adjudicator.
