Drop in for a Zoom Q&A with Program Director for Career Exploration, Brian Murphy, based on the recorded information session on Professional Presentation: Key Tips for Creating Your Most Effective Job/Internship Applications - Resume, Cover Letter and Interviewing. The recorded session provides an overview of some key components of professional presentation in relation to the job or internship application process. Professional presentation is how you communicate your background and experience (work, academic, leadership, activities, etc.) to a prospective employer. It will cover the main elements for creating an effective resume and cover letter as well as how to prepare for an effective interview. Lastly, and most importantly, we will address the concept of how to communicate your “fit” for a particular job or internship position.
