How to make your major work for you, requirements to make that connection and how to best align your future career goals with your degree.
Getting the most out of your college experience extends beyond what is learned in the classroom. Obtaining internships, externships and/or research opportunities will enhance your Carleton education, making you a stronger competitor in your chosen field. As an international student on an F-1 visa, you have a unique requirement: you need to connect any non-academic experience to your declared academic major. We will talk about how to make your major work for you, requirements to make that connection and how to best align your future career goals with your Carleton degree.
