Sam Scherf '11 and Katie Deeg '12 were the 2009 recipients of the Technos International Week scholarships. Here Katie Deeg reflects upon her time in Tokyo and with the Technos program.

"My time in Tokyo with the Technos International Week program was one of the most exciting and unforgettable experiences I’ve had. Our trip was packed with activities and meaningful excursions, and I got to see so much in just two weeks. I think that this program was the perfect way to visit a new city and country for the first time. We had a very welcoming home base with the people at Technos College; we had friends at Technos to show us around the city, and we had plenty of free time to explore, with a great group of college students from across the U.S. and other countries. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in this program!"
