Acknowledging the merit of the Task Force’s report, the College Council requested guidance regarding next steps.  The Task Force on the Sexual Misconduct Review Process members highlighted the limitations of time and resources, noting that help was needed with draft documents and implementation.  Funding for student workers to assist with these efforts in the spring and summer was approved by the Council unanimously by voice vote.  This initiative will be supported through President Oden’s discretionary budget. 

It was resolved that an implementation committee, to be convened by Julie Thornton, will guide these next steps and will report to College Council at its last meeting of the 2009-10 academic year the progress of its work.
