All international students are required to enroll in the Carleton Health Insurance Plan. The plan includes medical evacuation and repatriation coverage. Canadian students are exempt from this requirement if they can provide proof of adequate coverage. Mexican students are exempt only if they are covered by adequate U.S. health insurance.

It is very important that you provide documentation about all the required vaccinations. If you did not receive the vaccinations during your childhood please have them done now. If it is impossible for you to get vaccinated in your home country you must do so immediately upon arrival in the U.S. The approximate cost for the Measles/Mumps/Rubella vaccination is US $60.00.
