Hikaru Teramoto is an economics major from Japan who has taken advantage of opportunities for getting involved in campus life. He has been a student senator, a multicultural peer leader, an international student orientation leader, a discus thrower for the men’s track and field team, and a practice player for the women’s basketball team.

Rashika Perera is a psychology major from Sri Lanka, although her family recently moved to Australia. She is passionate about music and has sung and played the cello at Carleton. She in an intern in the Office of International Student Programs and recently has been active in raising funds for tsunami relief.

Economics major Anthony Wong of Malaysia attended a United World College in New Mexico. He has been a summer intern with two investment banks, JP Chase in New York City and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, and after graduation will return to work at Morgan Stanley in its global capital markets division.
