Boxes and Walls

From site: Intercultural & International Life

An experiential "museum" built by students for students, "Boxes and Walls" takes an interactive, emotional approach to diversity education.

Boxes and Walls is an interactive integrative experience that seeks to illuminate themes of marginalization, oppression, discrimination and/or misconception based on personal realities. Topics covered have included class, gender, sexual orientation, ability, race, ethnicity, nationality and religious affiliation.

Boxes and Walls is a new beginning for fostering more interactive dialogues between faculty, staff, students and administration on a non-academic level.
