Which item types can include images or video, and which cannot?
Below is a basic guide to what types of media you can include in each of the item types in CAN8.

# Images must be limited to 320 x 240 pixels, larger images will be cropped. CAN8 can accept JPG, GIF or BMP images.
^ Video must be in either AVI or MPG format, and no larger than 320 x 240. AVI format is best because it allows for the audio to be manipulated separately (if desired) within CAN8.
* The text window will appear below the video frame, so only a few lines of text show at a time. Maximizing the window helps by making the window bigger.
** Importing an AVI video will import the audio of that clip, which will be heard by the students. No video will be seen.
