Installing Language Packs in Windows Vista

Step 1: Go to the START button (the Windows logo), then single click on CONTROL PANEL.

Step 2: Single click on CLOCK, LANGUAGE, AND REGION.

Step 3: Single click on CHANGE KEYBOARDS OR OTHER INPUT METHODS.

Step 4: Single click on CHANGE KEYBOARDS.

Step 5: Click on the ADD button and choose language by clicking on the plus signs next to the language and keyboard and then checking the box next to the desired keyboard. Click on OK.

Step 6: Click on the keyboard icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and choose the input language to use in each of your programs.
