Congdon Professor of Political Science, was quoted in a November 9 Star Tribune article titled “Minnesota: Pawlenty sets new agenda.” Schier commented that he thought Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty had stolen some issues from the Democratic party while keeping his conservative base happy.
