London chairs a session on music theory at the University of Arkansas

Justin London, Professor of Music and Cognitive Science, chaired a session on “Malleable Meters” at the annual meeting of Music Theory Midwest held at the University of Arkansas. In the session presenters drew upon Professor London’s research to examine the ways that the same rhythm can be heard in different ways in the music of Schubert, Cat Stevens, and Progressive Rock.
