Netherlandish Art Journal Features the Work of Former Carleton Student
Alison Kettering, William R. Kenan, Jr., Professor of Art History, has published Vol. 5:1 of Journal of Historians of Netherlandish Art. Kettering serves as the editor of the journal, which publishes issues of peer-reviewed articles that focus on art produced in the Netherlands during the early modern period. The issue includes articles on Memling, on needlework “paintings,” and on dutch maps of Brazil, the last by Carleton graduate Elizabeth Sutton ’03.
