Assets with indeterminate extensions get .unk extension

The asset content manager will now assign an extension of .unk to uploaded files that do not have an extension or mime type we are able to map to an extension. When assets receive an extension of .unk, it is transparent to the user, but an error is triggered. The asset content manager now also correctly assigns an extension to all uploaded files.
