There is a new administrative module that provides reports on which users have been active Reason site maintainers since a given date.
There is no link in the interface to this tool yet; for the time being, just add ?cur_module=ActiveUsers to the URL of your Reason administrative interface to see this tool (note that this module is limited to administrators.)
