Event Funding Request Form
This is a request form for money from the Special Allocations fund to fund any event you want to have on campus. These events can range from bringing in a speaker to hosting an international food cooking party.Non-Event Funding Request Form
This is a request form for money from the Special Allocations fund to fund equipment and other things a club may need to run. These things can range from chess boards for chess club to binders for a music group.Third Center Funding Request Form
This fund can be used to sponsor events which bring together students, faculty, staff and alumni. A 1:6 ratio is required. Generally, requests will not be funded for more than $10-12 per person. The Treasurer observes that given this constraint it is usually more economical for Third Center events to occur in Northfield, rather than the Cities.Alternative Beverage Fund Request Form
Alt-bev is used for students to purchase alternative beverages and food for parties. In order to access this fund, students will need to submit a request to the Treasurer prior to the purchase of the items. After the purchase they must also submit a receipt to the Treasurer of the CSA. The Treasurer will normally fund $30 per event. Special consideration will be given for events where a higher amount is justified.
