CSA Senate candidates to announce platforms on KRLX

February 20, 2008

This week Carleton students will decide the future of the student governing body.

The Presidency, Vice-Presidency, Treasurership, and six at-large Senate seats will be up for grabs in CSA elections that start on Thursday.

On Wednesday at 9:00 pm the candidates will be in the KRLX studios to state their platforms, as well as answer questions from students like you.

Here's the schedule for Wednesday's show:

  • 9:00: Current President Tim Singer's CSA year in review
  • 9:10: Presidential candidates Ben Barclay, Caitlin Fleming, and Marshall McDonald
  • 9:30: Vice-Presidential candidates Pablo Kenny and Alex Popper
  • 9:40: Candidate for Treasurer Sam Ritter
  • 9:45: Eight candidates for six at large Senate seats
All the candidates will be debating before Candidate Free Airtime from 6 - 7:30 pm in Sayles-Hill Great Space.

Tune in to hear the vision of your potential CSA leadership. Stay connected to KRLX and KRLX.org for all the latest election developments.
